Monitoring and Evaluation
About this event: The Global Young Social Entrepreneurs’ Competition
About this category: Technology

How do I ensure my project remains relevant and is constantly improving?
Have you ever had to conduct an evaluation of a project before?
How can a project evaluation help you? Your project team? And your stakeholders?
How will you monitor and gather, analyze and report your findings to your stakeholders?

To make sure the project is constantly improving, we will have to make sure the project plans are achieved, a higher percentage is achieved at the end of the year. We also make sure the team is delivering and the individuals doing their best and a clear budget brought out for the next year.

We run a project evaluation in a form of survey to the general public, from there we know how we are fairing and if the people are really getting closer to the project and the next step to take. And feedbacks from the team as well

The team comes together every quarter to give their reports and new findings to the project manager, the project maanger summarize it present it to the whole team at the end of the year
